Founded in 2019 by architects and designers Sanam sabghi and Arash Fardi, Shiyar Group is an architecture, interior design, and furniture design studio driven by a simple belief: a space should have a soul.

We design environments where simplicity meets the richness of life — spaces that are minimal yet warm, luxurious yet comfortable, refined yet deeply personal. For us, architecture is not simply about creating beautiful forms; it is about understanding the person who will inhabit them and translating their lifestyle, character, needs, and aspirations into space.

Our process begins long before a project takes physical form.

We believe that the best way to design a home is to first understand how life will unfold within it. From the architecture and spatial planning to materials, lighting, furniture, and the smallest details, every element is thoughtfully considered as part of one cohesive experience.

Our clients are invited to experience their spaces before they are built through carefully developed visualizations and physical material references. This allows every decision to be understood, experienced, and refined — creating a strong connection between the imagined space and the final reality.
