Contemporary Concrete Villa | A Combination of Minimalism, Light, and Nature

This project is a contemporary villa with a completely minimalist look and an architectural approach that is based on simplicity, dignity, and the originality of the material. The overall goal in creating this building was to create an intelligent structure that, while being powerful, is in complete and fluid harmony with the natural environment around it.

Main features and characteristics of the project:

Modern material language and form: The use of exposed concrete, along with precise and clean geometric lines, has given the building a distinctive, lasting and powerful appearance.

Eliminating the boundary between inside and outside: Wide openings and windows throughout, complete continuity between the interior spaces, the courtyard, Terraces and courtyards have been created; so that the boundary between the enclosed space inside and the nature outside has completely disappeared.

Natural lighting and landscape framing: Natural light, as one of the main elements of architecture, changes shape throughout the day and, along with the calculated framing of the surrounding landscapes, creates a very calm, transparent and dynamic space.

The result of this design is a lasting and impressive building that offers its residents an integrated, relaxing and high-quality experience of contemporary lifestyle.
